The exotic mixture within the Thai Compresses used in these treatments are made up of 20 different herbs, including lavender, ginger, eucalyptus, turmeric, black pepper and lemon grass. Each is renowned for their effects such as invigorating, relaxing, purifying, calming nerves and relief of aches and pains. The hot compresses provide the same type of stimulation as acupressure and are used to stimulate tender or sensitive areas, making it the perfect treatment for areas that cannot be massaged directly. Herbal heated compresses soothe and remove muscle tension, using patting and pounding techniques. They soften, moisturise and nourish the skin whilst providing a blissfully warm but deep and relaxing treatment using a mix of herbal compress techniques and hands-on massage.

session. If the treatment is taking place in the client's home please allow an additional 10 minutes for me to set the equipment up. Treatment prices shown are based
